Hi Bianca, tell us about you and your work

My name is Bianca Cook, I do Taekwondo for Great Britain, and I am a three-time world champion, four-time European champion and two-time Olympic medallist.

How did you hear about Symprove and how long have you been taking it?

I heard it was really good and that there were so many good results from it. People could genuinely feel the difference and feel some goodness from it. I’ve been having it now for a couple of weeks and I honestly can feel the difference so much. It’s done wonders for me since I’ve been taking it.

What motivated you to get involved with Symprove?

As an athlete you always strive to be the best in everything you do. In sport you have to make sure you have that 1% gain, that little thing that can make you be the best or will keep you on top. I don’t see why you wouldn’t do that in your life and health because it’s your body. Your body is a temple in my mind, and we’ve always been taught that from sport, so why not put goodness into it.

What does your morning routine look like?

Every morning I have to get up and go training. I get up as late as I can, just before my alarm, have a shot of Symprove, get ready, eat a quick breakfast and then I’m out the door. I make sure I’m always eating, I’m always having my drinks, my food, and now I’ve added in my shot of Symprove before I start.

Top tips for looking after your physical health?

Hydration is key. Recovery too. Do something that makes you switch off like reading or going outside. And exercise, I know it’s physically good for you and I always push myself, but to be honest the biggest side is mentally I always feel fresh, and I feel like I’ve done something and reset my mind.

And your mental health?

Physical activity helps that mental side of it, so I would definitely say that. But I also think writing a few things down that you want to do in the day, so once you wake up you’ve got a purpose to try and fulfil. When you have a little goal or little to dos it does help you set the day out. It doesn’t have to be big tasks, it could be washing your hair but make sure you do it that day, just take it step by step.

Why should people care about Symprove?

You don’t realise how important gut health is until you get on board, and you feel it yourself. I’m not just saying it, I can genuinely feel the improvement and when you have that little bit of satisfaction it helps and makes you want to look after yourself even more.

Sip, slurp, shot or swig from the bottle?

I shake it as much as I can and make sure its cold from the fridge and I just put it in the cap that comes with it. I literally throw it in and gulp it as quick as I can. Then I wait 10 minutes and then I have my breakfast.

Describe Symprove in three words.

Goodness. Magic. Easy.

Thanks Bianca!
