Community Chat

The definition of community is as follows: a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common – so with this in mind, we have created a Symprove Closed Community Group on Facebook to allow our customers/users to talk to one another without feeling embarrassed or ashamed, but more important than this we wanted them to have somewhere that they can be honest about their experiences.

You all know we aren’t able to share our customer feedback due to the regulations in place for a food, but this community is thriving and it is amazing to see so many customers feeling positive about having Symprove in their lives. It would be great to share them with you, but we can’t L.

This community has grown in number, and now it is very much the epitome of the definition – a group of people who have a particular characteristic in common – that being the use of Symprove. We have bloggers posting ideas and recipes, customers asking for tips, tips being offered, recommendations being given alongside simply updates on a customer’s progress through their 12-week programmes.

If you know of anyone who would benefit from such a forum then do please send them the link below, from here they can join up to our community and share their Symprove stories, Symprove queries etc, https://www.facebook.com/groups/337602883093279/
