Today we want to highlight our customer care department. They are as friendly as our bacteria and get to work just as quickly (even first thing Monday). The team are here for our customers, ready to chat through any questions they may have.
We know that it can be hard to talk about your bowel habits or explain your digestive issues – but we are far from embarrassed and have plenty of experience and sympathy.
It makes us happy to imagine our boxes of liquid goodness arriving on your doorstep, and we love to hear how you’re feeling as you work through our 12 week programme. We’re thrilled to see how many of you use our closed Facebook group for support and advice; it’s a great place to chat about all things gut with other customers. (One of the places its ok to mention poo.)
We’re not automated (though we do have some snazzy headsets); we like your feedback; we are happy to listen and we want our service to you to be memorable – for all the right reasons.
