Introducing Eve Kalinik….

Eve Kalinik is a Nutritional Therapist with a passion for the gut! She believes that fuelling your body with healthy and delicious food is a sustainable and positive way to support overall wellbeing. Her belief is that eating well really can change the way you think, feel and look – from the inside out.

The philosophy that Eve adheres to is to make eating well a life-long attitude. Therefore she advocates no quick fixes or fads, detoxes or ‘diets’, but a balanced and functional approach to support the body on a deeper level whilst enjoying the experience of eating tasty and nutritious food.

Eve loves celebrating real food. She encourages self-awareness and empowerment for a much more informed outlook on nutrition and as such hosts regular workshops and talks. She also writes for a variety of publications, including a monthly column entitled “Real Nutrition” for Psychologies magazine. Her first book, Eat well: How to have a Healthier Happier Gut, will be published in August 2017.

Symprove is extremely pleased to announce that Eve is our new Brand Ambassador. Together we will promote ways to benefit from an improved digestion. Eve believes that Symprove, along with good food, can make a significant difference. She says: “I’m truly passionate about the wonders of the gut and as such thrilled to be announced as an ambassador for Symprove. Symprove stands out in the crowd for its clinical efficacy, and together I hope we can get everyone equally as excited about finding the way to a happier and healthier digestion.”
