And finally we have come across two cracking recipe books which we know you are all loving also, and one nutritional bible, which we refer to time and time again. These three books keep us busy, as we now have a Friday healthy lunch day – with someone cooking a healthy meal from these books for the department, hopefully every day will be a healthy lunch day soon; there are more than enough recipes to keep us going …
