Shipping & Returns
Symprove offers free next working day delivery on all UK orders. Orders received Monday to Friday by 4pm are despatched the same day. Orders received on Friday after 4pm, and over the weekend, are processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed on a bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day, for next day delivery. International pricing is based on item count/size/weight, destination, courier fees and applicable taxes. Some international orders may be subject to additional charges such as import duty. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns to opened packages. Your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your product(s) and no longer want them, we can offer a full refund if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer free returns. Once your product(s) have been received and inspected we’ll notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original method of payment.
