Work through the five exercises below completing 3-5 rounds:
Squat jumps, x10 reps
Walkout with shoulder tap, x10 reps
Skater jumps, x20 reps
Bicycle crunches, x20 reps
Burpees, x10 reps
Grab your mat, your water and let's go!
