Ingredients
Almond oats
25g oats
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp almond butter
25ml milk
‘Nougat’ yogurt
100g natural yogurt
½ tsp honey
1 tsp almond butter
Chocolate oats
25g oats
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup
35ml milk
Peanut caramel
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp milk to thin
Chopped peanuts and
shavings of dark chocolate to top (optional)
Method
Mix the ingredients for the almond oats in one bowl and the chocolate oats in another. Place in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
Mix together the nougat yogurt ingredients in a small bowl. Mix together the peanut caramel.
In a small jar or glass start with the almond oats and spread evenly. Add half of the nougat yogurt spreading evenly.
Add the chocolate oats on top. Add the remaining nougat yogurt. Spoon the peanut caramel on top and garnish with the chopped peanuts and shavings of dark chocolate.
