The discount can only be redeemed on our subscription product, delivered every 4 weeks. You cannot redeem the code on a 4 or 12 week pack.

This offer is for new Symprove customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom (including Channel Islands).

If you can't find your code, you can recover it in two easy ways:

2. Go directly to our claim referral page and complete the form from there.

Either way, we'll show your active unique discount code or generate a new one for you.

After your discounted period, your subscription will continue at the standard subscription price. You’ll be charged every 4 weeks unless you cancel in line with your subscription terms.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your online account.

This can happen if:

• You’re not a new customer
• The product you selected isn’t eligible
• The discount code wasn't applied at checkout
• Another discount has been applied at checkout (and has replaced your referral discount)

If this happens, go back to your referral link or navigate to our friend referral page and complete the form to retrieve your code.

Referral discounts cannot usually be combined with other money-off or percentage discount offers. Some non-monetary offers (such as free gifts or added extras) may still be available where applicable.
