Place your order by 4pm and it’ll be dispatched the same day. We deliver for free, to most UK postcodes within 48 hours, at least 5 days a week, all year round (excluding Christmas and Easter). On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive an email or text from the courier. This will give you an expected delivery time slot and the option to manage your delivery.
For deliveries of more than three packs or to bring your delivery forward or push it back give our customer care team a call 01252 413600.
International pricing is based on item count/size/weight, destination, courier fees and applicable taxes. Some international orders may be subject to additional charges such as import duty. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns to opened packages. Your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your product(s) and no longer want them, we can offer a full refund if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer free returns. Once your product(s) have been received and inspected we’ll notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original method of payment.
