Shipping policy

Order by 4pm for same-day dispatch (excluding bank holidays).

We offer free delivery Monday-Friday (plus weekends in some areas) with Evri to most UK postcodes. Delivery typically is within 2–3 working days (excluding bank holidays). 

We offer premium paid delivery Monday-Friday (plus weekends in some areas) with DPD to most UK postcodes. Delivery typically is within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays).

For Northern Island and Channel Islands our delivery policy is 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays).

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an email or text from the courier with your estimated delivery time slot and options to manage your delivery.

International shipping costs are calculated based on item quantity, size, weight, destination, courier fees and any applicable taxes.
