Shipping policy

Place your order by 4pm and it’ll be dispatched the same day. We deliver for free, to most UK postcodes within 48 hours, at least 5 days a week, all year round (excluding Christmas and Easter).  On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive an email or text from the courier. This will give you an expected delivery time slot and the option to manage your delivery. ​

For deliveries of more than three packs or to bring your delivery forward or push it back give our customer care team a call 01252 413 600. ​

​International pricing is based on item count/size/weight, destination, courier fees and applicable taxes. Some international orders may be subject to additional charges such as import duty. Customers will be required to settle these fees. To place an international order, please contact our customer care team on 01252 413 600 or support@symprove.com.
