Jodie Kidd shares her morning non-negotiables

Find out how Jodie Kidd starts each morning, and the story behind why she takes looking after her gut seriously.

Hi Symprove, I’m a very busy mum, partner and family member with a number of businesses. I own a pub The Half Moon, run a food company, Indios Foods, am creative director of an organic sustainable skin care company Skin and Tonic, and sustainable clothing company Manava, and also have my own car YouTube channel, Kidd in a Sweet Shop.

How did you hear about Symprove and how long have you been taking it?

I first heard of Symprove about 10 years ago, from my sister and we have been on it pretty much since.

Where did your interest in gut health start?

In my 20s I travelled through Nepal and picked up a rather nasty strain of salmonella which effected my gut badly. I was on the search for the best product out there to help support it and that’s where I found Symprove.

What does routine mean to you?

Routine is very important but also very difficult when I travel so much so I was delighted when Symprove bought out the travel size bottles.

Can you share your morning non-negotiables for supporting your gut?

First thing first is Symprove, then a green tea and homemade sourdough with avocado.

What do you do each day that makes you feel like a superhero?

Waking up with my family I spin plates all day. I always cook a homemade dinner and use that time to catch up with the family for a proper natter about the days deeds. We have lots of cuddles then I relax into an Epsom salt bath, before bed with a book. That's my superhero day!

Original, Mango and Passion Fruit or Strawberry and Raspberry?

I’m a Mango and Passion Fruit or an Original fan.

Describe Symprove in 3 words…

My life saver.

Thanks so much, Jodie.
